social anxiety treatment

Should you take a panic symptoms test? Well, if you are experiencing any strange symptoms you might. You might already be having anxiety problems, or are about to.

If you are having difficulty breathing and your heart is beating rapidly, this is a big symptom of panic and anxiety. If you are having these symptoms then you should take a panic symptoms test. Chances are you are going to be fine, but best to be sure.

What is a panic symptoms test you might ask? It’s a simple yes or no list of questions. After adding up the number of yes ticks, see what advice they offer.

Smaller symptoms usually fly under your radar. But all together they may add up to panic or anxiety attacks. The word “attack” is a general term; they could be very mild to very severe.

An example is where you may constantly fidget or fiddle with something. There may be nothing more behind this and it may pass. It could also be a warning sign of an impending bigger problem.

Do you worry much more than your friends & family? We all have to worry at some point. But when you worry constantly and too much it could be a sign of anxiety.

The smaller symptoms are pretty harmless on their own. It’s when they all start coming together that the panic and anxiety attacks can start. It becomes very difficult to stop the build up of symptoms from becoming a panic disorder.

You could do worse than taking a few moments to test yourself for panic symptoms. And if you think you may be on the verge of being an anxiety attack victim. Or even if you are a victim of panic and anxiety, follow the guidelines given at the end of the test.

The good news though is that there are drug free methods to completely control panic & anxiety. There are methods to be learnt that allow you to control the attacks, not the other way round.

social anxiety treatment

How’d you like a panic cure that doesn’t use drugs? You may not believe me but there is a cure and I can show you. Eventually, after a lot of trial & error, I found one.

If you get any relief from drugs it may only be for a short period of time. Not to mention any horrid side effects. So a non drug method to cure panic is even more important.

The side effects of some of these drugs are no joke. One particular drug used for panic attacks can actually cause depression. That just doesn’t bear thinking about.

At the end of the day the actual problem of panic & anxiety is all in the head. Please know that I’m not trying to make them sound any less harmful. Still, it’s a mental thing.

Surely then if it’s mental, wouldn’t the cure be mental as well? What I mean is we have the cure within ourselves. We just need to have the method of cure explained, taught to us.

The ideal situation is one where you feel a panic attack rising ever so slightly. You then put into action certain methods and routines that you have practised. And you immediately stop the attack and carry on with what you were doing.

Almost too good to be true? It’s definitely true this time though. Many people will use this system every single day. Get these techniques under your hat & you have a panic cure for life.

This system is readily available on the internet. You could be learning the techniques in less than 10 minutes. And then a few days from now you could be well on the way to being free of any panic disorder.

What are your options now? More suffering. Frightened that at any moment you could be in a panic attacks vice like grip. Or you could arm yourself with a method that will teach you how to stop them in their tracks.

Social Anxiety Treatment - Is A Medication Free Cure Possible?

Thursday, November 5th, 2009

social anxiety treatment

Panic disorder cure. Is there such a thing you may ask? A drug free cure.

I know for definite that a drug free cure does exist. Although the word “cure” isn’t totally right. You don’t get to take a pill & bam it’s cured. But you can stop them altogether.

I crashed a motorcycle and started to suffer anxiety attacks afterwards. I tried all sorts of drugs to keep them at bay. They didn’t really work at all and there was the fear that without them the attacks would get worse.

This is the big downside to treating anxiety attacks with drugs. Any gains you get are lost when you come off the medication. There aren’t many doctors (competent ones anyway) who will keep you on medication for long periods.

You will have to come off at some time. And the anxiety will be back. And you know they will hit you as bad, if not worse than ever.

So the ideal solution is a drug free social anxiety treatment, yes? I can tell you that this treatment does exist and I use it regularly. I fought back and took control.

I am no longer a victim waiting to be struck down at random. Well, not so much random with me because I know what triggers my attacks. Crowds! And it doesn’t need to be a big one either. 3 or 4 people does it for me.

I would run like hell if I got near a small group of people. Yet in the back of my mind I knew how stupid that actually was. No matter, when I felt the panic rise, I was off like a jack rabbit.

I did an awful lot of research and spent what seemed like a life time trying to find a permanent cure. Although it took a while, it was worth it in the end. I never heard mention of the treatment I found from any of the doctors who treated me.

You can continue to take all manner of medication and pray something works. Or start to do what I do every time I feel an attack coming on. I calmly stop it dead and carry on with what I was doing.
