panic attack cure

Want to discover a panic cure that doesn’t use drugs? Would you believe me if I said one does actually exist? Eventually, after a lot of trial & error, I found one.

Medication for panic disorders will only be prescribed for short periods of time. Not to mention any horrid side effects. This is the reason it’s so important to find a panic cure that doesn’t use drugs.

Click this link & discover an anxiety cure - with no medication

There are many different potential side effects. There’s one anti depressant drug that might even cause depression. It says so on the label. Another great reason to swerve drugs & their side effects.

It’s actually quite well known that anxiety attacks are more a mental than physical problem. That doesn’t make them any less serious though. But they are as people say “all in the head”.

Surely then if it’s mental, wouldn’t the cure be mental as well? What I’m getting at here is that we already have the power to cure ourselves. We just need to be shown how to use it properly.

The ideal situation is one where you feel a panic attack rising ever so slightly. You can then use your new found skills to help. And the result is the attack doesn’t even get chance to start. And you move on like nothing happened.

I bet you’re thinking it’s too good to be true? Not this time though. Thousands of people round the country will be using this technique. All it takes is a bit of learning and practise and you have your panic cure.

This system is readily available on the internet. You could be learning the techniques in less than 10 minutes. And then a few days from now you could be well on the way to being free of any panic disorder.

What now? Carry on suffering. Frightened that at any moment you could be in a panic attacks vice like grip. Or you could arm yourself with a method that will teach you how to stop them in their tracks.

Things You Should Know About Bipolar Symptoms

Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010

The symptoms of bipolar are divided into two groups; they are manic and depressive. People with bipolar disorder are going to suffer both groups of symptoms.

Mania

Mania is the high point of bipolar symptoms . Someone with mania will feel great. They’re glad and seem they’re on top of the world.

The major point of mania, though, is that the person is not simply happy, but happy to the extreme. In fact, every symptom a person has in a manic episode is taken to the extreme which is why it is considered mania and not simply just being happy.

Another problem with a manic episode is that due to the extreme high the person is on they may have a tendency to act impulsively without any control over their behavior. Many people during a manic episode feel like they are invincible.

Another problem that will occur in a manic episode will not look like happy behavior. The person will be extremely aggressive and provoking. They will look extremely impertinent or annoyed.

Symptoms of bipolar (manic episode) include:

• Very confident
• Irritable
• High energy
• No require to sleep
• Unrealistic thinking
• High self-esteem
• Quick talking
• Very active
• Incapable to focus
• Agitation
• Irresponsible behavior

Depression

Another kind of episode suffered by a person suffering from bipolar disorder is depressive episode. Totally the opposite of mania, depression brings about someone to feel extremely weak. The person may feel very sad and low.

They may start to feel like their life is worthless. A depressive episode can lead to suicidal thoughts and actions.

A depressive episode is often times more harmful to a person than a manic episode. Depressive episodes are almost always treated with medication because of this fact.

The standard medications, though, used to treat depression frequently don’t work for bipolar depression and in fact will make it worse. Someone suffering from bipolar depressive episode usually will move slowly and begin to act extremely different than a person that is simply suffering from depression.

Depression bipolar symptoms:

• Feeling guilty
• Extreme sadness
• Moving and talking slowly
• Always sleeping
• Great changes in habits of eating
• Feeling of emptiness
• Sluggishness

It is important not to ignore the signs of bipolar disorder. The symptoms of bipolar are the first sign that something is wrong and the first opportunity for someone to get help and treatment.

Important Information about Anxiety Disorder You Must Understand

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

Even if many normal life situations are likely to cause anxiety, only when worrying becomes pervading can specialists diagnose a nervous disorder. By anxiety disorder, we would normally imply a range of ailments characterized by panic bouts and constant restlessness about something. Even if anxiety attacks don’t represent a threat from a simple anatomical perspective, they are very harmful if we consider the terror and what it can do to one’s psyche. Most of the time, people who get to develop an anxiety disorder have in fact suffered from repeated panic attacks that caused a disabling condition eventually.

An anxiety disorder usually appears in an individual who has some form of genetic predisposition or a hereditary sensitivity of the central nervous system. Hence, traumatic events, medical procedures, certain drugs, extended stress or abrupt changes can become the trigger of a panic attack and the root of an anxiety disorder. This means that chances are a lot higher for a panic attack to appear in a person who has gone through some very tough experience.

Does a panic attack equal an anxiety disorder? Well, the first terrifying experience with all its symptoms, creates a sensitivity at the level of the central nervous system. Afterwards, the person is a lot more susceptible to external threats of a varied nature. It is common to start misinterpreting a pain in the chest as a symptom of a panic attack, and thus start another episode in the vicious circle of the anxiety disorder. Even if there is no external threat to justify the appearance of panic episodes, a patient suffering from the condition will be inclined to recognize symptoms in everything.

Behavioral and cognitive therapies provide the best treatments for anxiety disorder cases. The use of tranquilizers or antidepressants is just a temporary relief method and should not be used for long periods of time. In fact, such drugs are only available prescription based and will therefore involve constant medical observation. If other therapy forms are not used in parallel with drug administration, symptoms may very well return when the treatment is over and the anxiety disorder could thus progress to more severe forms.

Are You Tired? Have Anxiety? Not Sleeping? Change Your Life Diet

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009

The cause of anxiety is well established. When enough stress is presented to the physical-mental-emotional body, nervous behaviors are likely to surface. Worry and excessive thought can interfere with preparation of rest and sleep. When the internal organs do not have enough energy then they will create disturbing sensations such as palpitations, spasms, high blood pressure, restless leg, etc. affected by deficient energy.Regard yourself, eliminate waking activities during rest time, add exercise, allow only sensitive people in your personal space until you are sustain the challenges. Eat nutritious food and take natural herbs that don’t add to the imbalance but rather help in re-establishing your center. Consider working with a counselor/pychotherapist to find alternatives to your current anxiety management strategies.

Here is one piece of the puzzle. Beneficial foods which diminishes characteristics of anxiety.

ANXIETY FREE DIET

Foods to Counter Anxiety: Apricot, Cherry, Date, Fig, Grape, Grapefruit, Olive, Papaya, Peach, Strawberry, Tomato, Beet, Button mushroom, Cabbage, Carrot, Celery, Chard, Cucumber, Eggplant, Kuzu, Lettuce, Potato, Shitake mushroom, Spearmint, Squash, Sweet Potato, Yam, Almond, Chestnut, Coconut, Sesame seed/oil, Sunflower seed, Amasake, stevia, Agave nectar, Ganoderm, Dill, Basil, Mulberry, Lemons, Brown rice, Oats, Ghee, Green tea

Foods to Avoid: Beef, Tofu, Tempeh, Soy milk, Spinach, Miso, Asparagus, , Millet, Salt, Seaweed, Tangerine, Pinenut, Persimmon, Pear, Honey, Sugar, Oyster, Clam, Mussel, Pork, Peanut

Processed Foods to Avoid: Artificial Sweeteners, Coffee, Wine (beyond 1 oz. per day), Baked Beans (sugar), Baked Goods (doughnuts, cakes contain excess trans fats, sugars), Breakfast Cereals (sugar, processed grain, low nutrition), Campbell’s Condensed Soups (hi sodium), pot pies (hi calory/fat), Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) foods, Hotdogs (unknown ingredients, sodium nitrate), Luncheon Meats (too many additives, sodium nitrate), Margarine (highly toxic), Ramen Noodles (no nutrients, excess sodium), Refined Vegetable Oils (corn, cottonseed, soybeans, safflower seeds and canola), Saltines (excess carb & sodium), Sausages & cured meats (too many additives, sodium nitrate), White & Wheat bread (no nutrition), White Pasta (extremely hi carb & sodium), White Potatoes (solanine-calcium depletion & arthritic pain), Chips & French fries, Cocktails (excess sugar/liver toxicity), Fruit Juice (loaded w/ sugar), Fruit Smoothie (loaded w/ syrup, make your own), Dairy products except goat’s milk (pure mucous), Sodas (removes rust from metal, excess carbon dioxide, imbalances digestive system), Excessive Protein (loss of calcium, damages kidneys)

When I had an anxiety attack, I didn’t know about nutrition and herbology and at that time, I could not imagine that traditional Chinese herbs would have been effective with other modalities of treatment. In this stressed-out state, you want fast, potent relief. But in the long run, healthy foods and natural approaches to health are very useful in reaching balance.

Individual Constitution will affect outcomes from all foods. Accordingly, a cold body type person needs to avoid cold foods that makes you cold. If a person does then pain will present in the place where cold is sensed. Body functions will slow in pace. But in general the above selection benefits most people. To become healthy, it is highly recommended to meet with an Asian medicine-Master Herbalist who will provide a customized assessment. Understand, I am not selecting accupuncturists. It is very important to find someone who specializes in Chinese herbs or herbology  and food therapy regarding customized food and herb strategies.

Anxiety relief can be found naturally with food therapy & traditional Chinese herbs.

Panic Attacks Causes - Identify Them & Be Well On Your Way To A Cure

Tuesday, November 24th, 2009

Do you know what your panic attacks causes really are? The causes (or triggers) could be one of many things. You may not even be aware of what they are.

When my wife was driving, a certain junction was her trigger. Every time she stopped at that junction, it hit her. Out of the blue a panic attack would swoop.

Any one of a number of things could be the cause of your anxiety attacks. But every time it will be a similar thing. Could be a job interview, or any type of official interview.

You may have no idea what your panic attacks causes are. Identifying and knowing your triggers is going to be important. It’ll help an awful lot in fighting the anxiety symptoms.

It’ll help if you can spot what your trigger or triggers are. When you start to get control over your attacks. You can “test” yourself with these triggers to see how much you are improving.

Ok, I’m jumping ahead a bit here. Talking about getting control and testing. I’m sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised to learn there are methods you can use to “cure” these anxiety attacks, and without drugs.

A technique that you can use when you feel an attack on the horizon. There are literally thousands of people using this method, almost day in day out. Anxiety and panic attacks are a thing of the past for these people.

An important point is that these methods do not use any drugs. So no continual costs for repeat medication. And it’s important to be free of potential side effects also.

It’s a simple thing to learn these techniques off by heart. If you feel an attack looming you start using the techniques you have learned. It may not be an instant cure, but you’ll get better each time you use these techniques.

Let’s go back to tests and triggers. You can use your trigger to ‘almost’ bring an attack on and test your skills. Then as you get stronger you simply brush it aside.

Are you going to keep on suffering? Or would you like to discover what your panic attacks causes are and learn to control them.

Knowing Causes Of Anxiety Will Aid You To Decide The Best Medication

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

The exact causes of anxiety are pretty difficult to determine, although basically doctors include brain chemistry, genetics and environmental stress as the main factors that shape the development of such psychological disorders. Even the medication prescribed to alleviate the symptoms for people who suffer from chronic depression and anxiety has a working mechanism that is not fully understood by scientists. We could say that nervous ailments are a vicious circle with lots of unknown factors, and that symptoms are easier to treat than the causes. Nevertheless, recovery doesn’t have to be out of the reach, on the contrary, one can regain full health by a balanced use of medication and therapy.

Brain chemistry sometimes works as one of the causes of anxiety if we consider the abnormal levels of the neurotransmitters in the brain. Information travels from never to nerve via these chemicals called neurotransmitters. If there is an imbalance in the secretion of chemicals, the brain gets incorrect messages, and the reaction is often anxiety. Besides brain chemistry, genetics play an important part among the causes of anxiety, since the frequency of the disorder is higher in families with mental illness history. Thus, the brain sensitivity is inherited and passed on to the next generation.

Traumatic life events sometimes become causes of anxiety, but it all depends on the sensitivity of the person in question. Thus, the death of a dear person, frequent job and school changes, divorce and emotional problems could lead to anxiety and depression. Anxiety disorders also tend to get more serious during periods of intense stress, with the mention that the withdrawal from addictive substances can also aggravate the condition. Thus, it will be a lot more difficult to quit smoking or eliminate alcohol and caffeine from your life when you suffer from generalized anxiety disorder.

Pregnancy for instance is another great life change that may cause temporary anxiety, but it all depends on the subjective individual factors and sensitivities as well. Then, drug consumers or drug addicts who take LSD, amphetamines, cannabis and ecstasy are also more likely to suffer from anxiety. Some causes of anxiety can be identified in daily life; in fact, stress is often a motivating factor for lots of people, and many owe their success to it. Therefore, the causes of anxiety don’t have to be pathological; in many cases they are easy to identify and eliminate with proper relaxation and the right attitude.

Panic Treatment - Discover A Drug Free Panic Cure

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

panic attack treatment

How’d you like a panic cure that doesn’t use drugs? You may not believe me but there is a cure and I can show you. It took a long time but I discovered one.

Medication for panic disorders will only be prescribed for short periods of time. We also have a big risk of side effects making things worse. This is the reason it’s so important to find a panic cure that doesn’t use drugs.

Click this link & discover a panic cure - with no drugs

You wouldn’t believe how frightening some side effects are. One drug (for depression) even says on the packet “may cause mild depression”. Another great reason to swerve drugs & their side effects.

We all know that the panic and anxiety are in our minds. I am not trying to make light of things here. But it’s true that they are a mental problem.

If it’s all in the head then the cure must surely also be all in the head. What I mean is we have the cure within ourselves. We just need to be shown how to use it properly.

In an ideal world you would recognise a rising panic attack. You then put into action certain methods and routines that you have practised. Quickly you stop it getting any worse and get on with things as though nothing happened.

Almost too good to be true? It’s definitely true this time though. Many people will use this system every single day. You simply need to learn the techniques and you have your own lifelong panic cure.

This system is out there on the net, waiting for you. You could be learning the techniques in less than 10 minutes. And in a few short days you could be close to being panic free for ever.

What are your options now? More suffering. Worrying constantly that an attack could be just around the corner. Or you can teach yourself the technique you need to halt any panic attack before it starts.

Panic Disorder & Anxiety Attacks - Drugs Won’t Help, Self Taught Techniques Will

Sunday, November 15th, 2009

social anxiety treatment

Anxiety attack or panic disorder? Do you have a problem with one or the other? They are both the same thing really; it’s just two ways to describe them.

Both produce the same symptoms and both are extremely worrying if you are a victim. And it matters not whether mild or severe. It will still scare the pants off you every time.

Whatever camp you fall in, the panic attack camp or the anxiety disorder camp. You must try to find some relief before things get out of control. Something, anything that helps to keep these symptoms under control.

I know how bad these symptoms can get and I know how urgent the need is for some help. Lots of different prescription drugs are available to treat these attacks. I’d advise getting a proper check-up as soon as possible just in case anything more sinister is going on.

If you are sure you have a panic or anxiety disorder. I suggest you try to avoid prescription drugs. There are a few reasons why I would say that.

For starters, you would avoid potentially harmful side effects. The other reason is that medication programs are mostly only short term things. Most doctors would be wary of having you on long term medication.

I’d expect your doctor to want to stop your medication as quickly as they safely can. You would be forgiven for thinking what happens then, when you stop the drugs? An important point indeed.

I think you’ll be pleased to know that you don’t need to rely on drugs. There are other methods that will work better. And they don’t use drugs of any sort. No drugs or (costly) hypnotherapy sessions.

Other anxiety sufferers conquered their problems without drugs and knew they needed to spread the word. These techniques teach you to recognise when an attack is looming. You can easily then halt the attack from getting a grip.

You have two choices now; you can choose to be a victim to these panic attacks and anxiety disorders. Or do something about it for yourself and take back control of your life.

Social Panic Treatment - Powerful New Techniques That Uses No Medication

Saturday, November 14th, 2009

panic disorder treatment

Anxiety attack cure. You may well be asking if there even is one. A drug free cure.

I can tell you a drug free treatment is definitely possible. When I say “cure” it’s not 100% correct. It’s not like you can take a pill and cure them for good. But you can learn to stop them for good.

I had a bad motorcycle accident and ended up with an anxiety disorder for a while afterwards. I used every possible drug to stop them. Nothing worked properly, plus I knew as soon as I came off the drugs any benefit would be lost.

Therein lies the problem with using drugs to combat anxiety attacks. You can’t take medication for ever so any help you get from them will eventually be lost. I doubt very much your own doctor will want you taking medication for too long.

You will have to come off at some time. And you end up back where you started all those months ago. And you know they will hit you as bad, if not worse than ever.

Wouldn’t the best all round solution be a drug free social anxiety treatment of some sort? And I know there is one out there, because I use it all the time. I’ve taken back control.

I was once stuck in a hole just waiting for the next random attack. I actually know what kicks my anxiety episodes off so “random” isn’t strictly true. If I’m in a crowd or group of about three to four people I can feel an attack starting.

Even a small group of people would set me off and have me running away, fast. I realised (in my mind) how stupid I was being. No matter, when I felt the panic rise, I was off like a jack rabbit.

I spent ages searching for a cure of some description. When the wait was over it was definitely worth it. I never heard mention of the treatment I found from any of the doctors who treated me.

You can keep on searching and hoping and in the mean time taking the drugs. Or discover what I do every time I feel that little twinge of anxiety. I calmly stop it dead and carry on with what I was doing.

Uncover what I use at my site by clicking here.

Identifying a trigger or maybe triggers can be a big help. When you get to the stage where you are in much better control. You can use the trigger to sort of test how well you are doing.

Forgive me; I’m getting a bit ahead here. Going on about getting control and testing triggers. You may be surprised, but glad, to learn that a drug free technique that can cure your anxiety is available.

Methods and tips that you can quickly use against any rising panic attack. There are lots of people using this method every day. Thousands in fact. Anxiety and panic attacks are a thing of the past for these people.

It’s a simple thing to learn these techniques off by heart. If you feel an attack looming you start using the techniques you have learned. It may not work perfectly the first time but practise does make perfect.
